Support for sc ATAC-seq would be great, especially in combination with other techniques, such as mtDNAseq and hash-tags (such as seen with SUGAR-seq)

Support for scATAC-seq is something that we’re definitely interested in implementing! It is on our roadmap, though realistically it’s likely 6-12 months away.
I’ll certainly keep you posted! When we come to design this feature, I’d love to hear your input
