Wondering if the feature for analyzing single-cell immune-cell receptor sequencing data is planned to be added for cellenics.
Will be handy if functions of Scirpy or dandelion can be access through GUI interface.

Support for TCR/BCR analysis is on our roadmap, though likely 6+ months away.
I’ll keep you updated with the progress and would appreciate your feedback on the feature once it’s available.
