Data processing is taking a long time. It is unclear if I can log off and return, or if I need to Data processing continue while still logged on. If I log off will I need to do Data processing over again?
After you upload your samples and click “Process project” you can log off and come back later - your analysis will continue running in the background even if you log out and close your browser. You have the option to receive an email notification once the Data Processing pipeline is complete and your data are ready to explore.
When you return to Cellenics, your data analysis will be ready for you to explore. You will not need to re-run data processing from scratch unless you make changes to samples or metadata in the Data Management module.
