Is it possible to precisely subset cells which highly express two or more genes of interest? The Lasso method is interesting but not very precise!
Yes, it is possible!
In the gene list on the right hand side of the Data Exploration module you can select one or more genes of interest. Then click the ‘Cellset’ button to generate a new cell set based on the expression of the selected genes.
You can then set the thresholds of expression for each selected gene in the modal:
When you click ‘Create’, your new cell set will appear in the Custom cell sets list:
