Removal of "free RNA"

Hi,
I was wondering if a feature can be added with which “free RNA” can be identified and removed.

Hi Kyriaki,

Welcome to the Cellenics community! Thanks for posting a request :slightly_smiling_face:

This is a great feature request - we’ll certainly add it to our list of user requested features. We prioritise which feature to build next based on the number of people who request each feature and how big an issue it is that this feature is currently missing.

One question I have for you is: does the absence of this feature in Cellenics right now prevent you from using the platform for your analysis?

The method we’ve heard most commonly used for free RNA removal is SoupX (SoupX removes ambient RNA contamination from droplet-based single-cell RNA sequencing data - PubMed). Is this the one you use or do you have an alternative suggestion?

Thanks!
